We offer three categories: professional legal services for real estate agents, information products, and physical goods. Each category is subject to its specific conditions below.

Legal Services for Real Estate Agents

Our legal services include contract drafting, compliance reviews, and representation in property transactions. Upon acceptance of an engagement letter, we allocate expert time and resources. As a result, we do not provide refunds once the engagement letter is signed. However, clients may request to reschedule a service appointment by contacting us at least 14 days before the scheduled date via our contact form. Late rescheduling or cancellation is not eligible for credit or refund. This policy ensures the availability of our specialized staff and resources.

Information Products

Information products include digital guides, templates, and online courses. You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your download confirmation provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the content. To submit a request, use our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed using the method you used to complete your purchase within 30 calendar days of approval.

Physical Goods

Physical goods are subject to inspection upon delivery. You may return unopened and unused items within 30 calendar days of receipt by contacting us via our contact form. Returned items must be in original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a replacement or a refund using the method you used to complete your purchase within 14 calendar days.

General Refund and Rescheduling Process

All requests for refunds or rescheduling must be submitted via our contact form and include your order reference, service date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be issued using the method you used to complete your purchase. Rescheduling for eligible services requires a request at least 14 days before the original date.

Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any dispute must be resolved in the courts of Veytaux, Switzerland.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on immolexup.com with the updated effective Year clearly indicated.
